Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” or “the Seller” refers to the above entity.

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through our webshop by consumers within the European Union.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

- you are at least 18 years old, or have the permission of an adult to order via online from this webshop
- you act as a consumer (B2C),
- you accept these Terms in full.

Business purchases (with VAT number) are handled only via prior direct contact on email. They need to accept B2B Terms and Conditions first.

We operate as a specialized EU board game retailer.
The products displayed in our webshop are sourced from established EU-based wholesale partners.
We do not necessarily hold physical stock at the time of listing. Products are made available to customers through our procurement and logistics coordination network.
Our mission is to provide access to sought-after, limited, or difficult-to-source board games and related products across the EU.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate.

However:
- packaging or artwork may vary slightly,
- manufacturers may update components without prior notice,
- monitor settings may affect displayed colours.
All products are physical goods. We do not sell digital products.

Orders are placed electronically through our webshop.

Before final submission, you may review and correct your data.
Submitting an order constitutes a binding offer to purchase and entails an obligation to pay.

You will receive:
- An automatic confirmation of order receipt.
- A separate confirmation once processing and sourcing begins.

The sales contract is concluded once we confirm acceptance of your order.

All prices displayed are final consumer prices in EUR (or indicated currency).
VAT is applied in accordance with EU distance selling regulations (OSS scheme, if applicable).
Shipping costs are calculated separately and clearly displayed before checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to order confirmation.

All orders require advance payment.

Orders are processed only after full payment has been successfully received.
No cash on delivery option is available.

Online bank card payments are executed via the Barion system. The merchant does not get and store any payment data (such as bank card, bank account, or digital wallet details). Barion Payment Inc., the provider of this service, is an institution under the authority of the Central Bank of Hungary, its license number is: H-EN-I-1064/2013.

Since products are sourced from EU wholesale partners, fulfillment involves:

- Product request from supplier
- Inbound transportation
- Arrival and inspection
- Administrative processing
- Packaging and dispatch

The average processing time is approximately 10 business days, depending on supplier availability.

We ship exclusively within the European Union via GLS logistics.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- 1–2 business days (Region 1 countries)
- 2–3 business days (Region 2 countries)
- 3–5 business days (Region 3 countries)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or supplier factors beyond our control.
Processing and delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability, warehouse lead times, and carrier scheduling.

The sales model is based on advance payment.

Although ownership (title transfer) legally passes upon contract formation, the physical delivery and actual handover of the goods takes place only at the end of the shipping procedure.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (email is sufficient).
You must return the goods within 14 days from the date of notification.

Upon valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
You are liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.

If you receive damaged goods, please notify us immediately and document the issue upon delivery with the carrier where possible.
Claims must be submitted without undue delay.

Consumers are entitled to a 2-year legal conformity warranty under EU law.
If a product is defective or not in conformity at the time of delivery, you may request:
- repair,
- replacement,
- price reduction, or
- contract termination (where applicable).

We are liable in accordance with mandatory Hungarian and EU consumer protection laws.

We are not liable for:
- delays caused by logistics providers,
- supplier stock shortages,
- force majeure events beyond reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:
- pricing errors,
- supplier unavailability,
- suspected fraudulent activity.

If payment has been made, it will be refunded promptly on the same way as it was paid.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law.

- Nothing in these Terms reduces or restricts your legal rights as an EU consumer.

Language of Contract
- These Terms and Conditions are provided in English.
- In case of any translated versions, the English version prevails in the event of discrepancies.

- By placing an order, you consent to receive contractual communications by email or other electronic means.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the performance of the contract shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Győr County Court (Hungary), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the website at the time of ordering. This version is automatically attached to the confirmation mail of ordering.
